Dr. Alaa Fadhil Alwan

    Alaa Fadhil Alwan MD is currently consultant hematologist at the national center of hematology and professor of clinical hematology at Almustansiriya University College of medicine in Baghdad, Iraq. He obtained his M.B.Ch.B degree at Tikrit University College of medicine in 1997. He completed his fellowship program in internal medicine in 2005 and obtained doctoral degree in adult clinical hematology from Iraqi council for medical specializations in 2008. He awarded Diploma degree of Competence in Lymphomas from the ULM University in Germany in 2016. He is editor in chief of Iraqi journal of hematology since 2012 till now. His research interest include leukemia and lymphoma with more than 50 articles published in international and peer reviewed journals
